I kind of think this is a crazy amount of water. I drink about 60 oz of water and it has me having to use the bathroom all day If I drank that much id never leave the toilet

Not much at all. I workout (lots of sweating lol) and breastfeed on top of being pregnant so I actually try to drink about 120oz a day.

My midwife told me I should be drinking 80 oz of water a day.

If you break it down it’s really not that much. People who aren’t expecting should drink 8 cups of water a day. 4.27 cups in a liter. So pregnant women are expected to drink 12 cups a day which isn’t that much more than what you should be drinking when not expecting 🤷🏻‍♀️
