Implantation and fertilization take up to 12 days. Hcg doubles every two days you could have ovulated later or it could have taken longer. It has taken some two weeks last missed period which occur on average 14 days past ovulation . You’re not out till the red queen shows. There is still a chance .

All depends when you ovulated. If you are actually 13dpo then I would say your out this month :-(
