when should I seek advice! UPDATE;

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and my morning sickness is nonstop! I can't keep anything down now and all I do is gag! I'm trying everything even anti sickness from the doctor and it's not working! Please help me? I've been sick non stop past couple days I have a fever and I can't walk without being sick I can't leave the house! today i been sick about 4-5 times and cant keep anything down for 24hours Thanks in advance xx UPDATE; I wanna thank all you ladies for your comments and support! I ended up in hospital for the night on iv fluids vitimans and anti sickness through my cannula I was severely dehydrated and had not eaten in days, I'm on a set of anti biotics with a bad urine infection I take my anti biotics and anti sickness tablets and have done in routine since and am starting to really feel a benefit from it! I couldn't thank you ladies enough for your advice I wouldn't have took it and seen a doctor if it wasn't for you guys! Thank you! I've just had my 12 scan date through and I'm able to be so excited and bubbly to see my little baby!❤
