low blood pressure, very dizzy.

yesterday morning i went to the clinic to check on my blocked ear. my ear have been hurting and feel like theres pressure in it for more than a week. while i was there i get dizzy, and my blood pressure was 80/60. the dizziness gets worse after i got home from the clinic. it feels like the world is spinning, and I'm sleeping all day, i don't know if its because of the mwdicine or not. could it be the sign of early pregnancy? I'm not nauseated though. I'm eating normal. it's just im very dizzy like vertigo.
