I’m finding my relationship hard

Since I split with my ex I’m always thinking about him I’m still in love with my ex I miss him dreadfully but my ex got me with his cousin but right now I don’t know how I feel about my boyfriend we have not had sex yet I’ve dropped a few hints at him but he doesn’t seem bothered he doesn’t touch me sexually he kisses me that about it. I don’t know how I feel about him or about the relationship I am still in love with my ex but I have an attachment disorder so it makes it more tricky! I don’t know if I’m having issues committing I don’t know
