I think I had the same thing when I first got my nose piercing. I think it’s a hypertrophic scar and honestly mine didn’t go away until I switched the jewelry I got pierced with close to a year later (I was afraid to change it so soon and have problems) I cleaned my nose like normal and didn’t mess with it. I honestly thought it was what came with the territory of a nose piercing but like I said mine went away after I changed the jewelry and I’ve had it pierced for like a year and a half or more now.

I currently have one of these on the inside and outside of my nose (not this bad) I use tea tree oil on the inside one and it just use a q-tip and put some on JUST the bump. It drys it out, if you keep it moist all it’s doing is keeping it there.

keep it clean with plain water, premade saline or mild soap but that looks like it could be an irritation, infection or type of scarring. I suggest seeing a doctor!

it's a  keloid    I believe   it is called     go to your piercer they'll tell you what to do  but   everyone I know  usually  had to take out   their    piercing  :(

It’s most likely cartilage. Try Tea Tree Oil, I had one like that and I just kept rubbing tea tree oil on it and it eventually went away!
