Helix piercing

I really want to get my helix pierced but at my school you can only have one piercing that’s on the ear lobe. So I was going to get it done on the first day of summer when we aren’t in school for 6-7 weeks. So then if school ask me to take it out I will but not for more then a hour. I was wondering if I’d be able to do that, online it says It will take 2-3 months to heal completely.

Also a week into summer I am going on vacation and didn’t know if when I’m going through security they will ask me to take my earrings out. It would have only been done a week before so i don’t wouldn’t want to take it out but not sure if they will ask me
