Back labor!?

Question

I'm being induced in 8 days but my back pain has been terrible!! I've been having contractions the last week but nothing steady (water hasn't broke) I'm having pain that shoots up my spine and wraps around to my hips! It is so bad does anyone know if thus could be the start of back labor??

Im 38 weeks getting back and front since 36 and at least last week only one cm dialated. Nothing consistent and no water breaking  So it has been all false labor.

I'm following this!! I've had the same thing lately, I swore I was in labor twice but let it pass, I'm constantly in pain & have been having cramps. But sometimes it gets really intense.im only 31 weeks. 5 more to go till I'm induced.

I had back labor with my second child. It's sounds almost like what happened to me. Do this, get on your hands and knees when you feel the pain and get your partner to rub your lower back. Or just do those pelvic tilts. This also helps possibly turning the baby. It helps.
