Morning sickness in third trimester?

I'm a FTM and have had a very easy pregnancy, including never throwing up. I'm 30 weeks, and shortly after breakfast today my stomach felt odd. I went to the bathroom and sure enough I vomited absolutely everything. When it ended I felt normal again. Is it possible to get morning sickness for the first time in the third trimester?

Since starting third tri, I definitely feel queasy more often. I figure it due to the uterus putting pressure on my stomach and overeating.
