Weight loss help!
Someone please help me! I really need to lose weight. I’m 5’2 and 210 pounds. I have started weight loss diets many times, more than I can count and I ALWAYS give up. I can never stay motivated. I need some ideas on workouts and meals. I’m a pretty picky eater unfortunately. I’m not a big veggies person. I do like fruits though! I have a huge butt and large love handles. And a pretty big tummy. Those are the three areas that I would really like to work on. Also I have a TERRIBLE habit of checking my weight every. single. day. when I’m on a diet. How often did you all check your weight? I just need help with some motivation to keep going I guess. My husband and I would really like to start thinking about baby #2 but I think it would be smart to lose some weight first and get healthy! Any help is appreciated!!
