Painful, cracked heels 🤕

Does anyone have any ideas on how to heal cracked heels!? I try to keep my feet moisturized, but this has been going on for a month now! One heel gets better, then the other splits. Is so painful to walk when this happens! I could probably do better about not going barefoot, but does anyone have any good ointments that help?
