Any new moms notice a rash post partum?

I had a small rash during pregnancy and now a few months post partum I’ve noticed it has spread. Is this just due to hormone changes? I have a doctors appointment coming up but wanted to check with other mommas while I wait. It’s just really splotchy. Not itchy or anything.
