KILL ME NOW

As of today, i have had my skyla in for exactly 1 month... I have spotted/ had a light period every single day since insertion but my next cycle was supposed to start yesterday and I've still only just spotted. Well tonight is a different story... Still spotting but it literally feels like my uterus is being ripped out of me and has me in so much pain that i feel like im going to puke. I've taken Tylenol with codeine and have my heating pad on high but nothing is helping😩😩😩 any advice or anyone else experience the same thing? Honestly questioning if its worth it at this point. I thought my menstrual cramps were bad before but this is the worst pain I've ever experienced😭 coming from a woman with a high pain tolerance, over 19 piercings including my nipples and 3/4 inch stretched ears, and several tattoos ( half given to myself BY myslef). This IUD is supposed to be the smallest one and its causing me so much pain... Oh! And simce insertion, i notice really bad cramping after sex with my fiancé.... EVERY TIME! Is this normal?
