TMI-af 5 days late- only this 🤷🏼‍♀️😩 help!!!!

Had this on day af was due (3Rd May I marked it as spotting on glow) - nothing more , nothing less!!! Literally nothing else at all after the 3rd😩help??? What’s going on. Any one had anything similar ??? Taking a test yesterday and was negative xxx
