2 Months Post Partum w/ Twins!
Dear post-twins body, you have been tough — but I am too. 💪🏻
I’ve been too busy with the twins to commit but now that they are establishing a routine, I’m finding a routine again as well.
This pregnancy was so hard on my body and the recovery is worse than with my first born. I have the dreaded “twin skin”. But I won’t give up trying to improve. I carried about 12 lbs of babies plus all the extras! I’m amazed and grateful for what my body has done. 🙏
I’m not the greatest at staying on track working out. Does anyone have any workout plans they could share?
