I want to discontinue my BC
So I want to stop taking birth control, I read the side effects and that I was enough for me. I am also wanting to live a more natural free life as well. So I was looking on this app and it shows fertility days and ovulation day has anyone had success just following this app ? Or what other methods have worked?
