Exercise (Cardio) during TTC

Hey I’m in dire need of help!

Has anyone continued their exercise routine during TTC?

I’m doing CARDIO (Elliptical, Zumba, Walk) and aerobics for 45-60 mins. So is it safe to continue your routine or we have to just omit exercise during TTC?

I do elliptical mostly at 7speed with heartbeat not reaching above 100 including squats, lunges, side bends etc.

I can’t live without it because I gain Fat easily in my lower body zone😰
