Could I be pregnant again with a 🌈 baby?

About a month ago I had a miscarriage due to my water breaking at 17 weeks. But my husband and I have had unprotected sex about two weeks ago, I’ve been having on and off sore breasts, nipples and nausea, I’ve been gassy, I’ve also seen some creamy CM on my undies, today it’s just slightly wet. But I took a test yesterday and it said negative. I’m not sure if it’s just my body being weird, but I also haven’t had my period. This was my first pregnancy so I don’t know what to expect for after postpartum.
