Have you (or do you know someone that) got pregnant even if they took plan b within the correct time frame?

This is just for curiosity because I know some people have and I'm just wondering about the people in this community!
If you have or know someone that has, please explain what happened! Also a good time to leave advice for others that don't quite understand how plan b works or what it is! Seen many girls on here that don't have enough knowledge on it!

The correct time frame to take plan B if you need it is immediately. It only works if it’s taken before a fertilized egg is implanted in the uterine lining. Even if you take it within the number of days it says on the box, you can still be pregnant if fertilization and implantation had already happened. After implantation, plan b does nothing. That’s why it’s so important to take it as soon as you possibly can! I’ve taken it before and did not get pregnant.

just because of the way this question was prevented, my first tip would be that if you dont trust plan b, then you should be on a method of birth control you can rely on (as in you trust it and its compatible with your lifestyle and habits). yes, plan b is for emergencies, but you reduce your chances of having emergencies by planning ahead and being safe. second tip, plan b should only be used for emergencies. if you are sexually active, you may be able to get a prescription so that the cost is covered or covered in part by insurance. you can get it and keep it on hand in the case of an emergency without having to worry about running to the pharmacy and asking for it (this also adds to the planning ahead idea). also this is good because plan b is most effective the soonest you take it. if you cant afford plan b, you sure as hell cant afford a baby so consider carefully whether your method of birth control is right or not. also take some time to consider if you really are ready for sexual activity because being a certain age or physically wanting to have sex arent the only things you should be considering when deciding to have sex with someone. if you think those are the only things you need to consider, you probably arent mature enough to have sex. yes, it sounds harsh but life is hard and thats just reality. sex can feel really good and i think it's really great but sex also is how babies are made and that's just the inescapable truth (unless at least once of you are infertile).
