Mirena iud

So I think i had finally stopped the bleeding from birth for about 2 days which is the day before and the day i had sex logged on photo.. the next 2 days i had dark brown creamy spotting/discharge. The day I didnt log i had very pale pink discharge/ spotting when i wiped but only once. Then the day after that i had pale pink spotting that turned to brown creamy discharge/spotting again. Now yesterday and today ive been bleeding heavily. I've been peeing constantly like if i was pregnant but i know its really early and theres about a 3% chance of it failing. Im just concerned being ive never been on birth control and idk if its normal and if the peeing is just a coincidence or what. Has anyone here gotten pregnant on the mirena and how did you find out? Im scared of being that small percent and not knowing because i dont want the BC to hurt the baby.. Any advice would be great

So i had my son 3-29-18 via c-section and had the mirena iud put in on 05-01-18. When i got it i hadnt stopped bleeding from birth yet. For the first few weeks before my BC my bleeding was on and off like it was going to stop almost like spotting on and off. Well It was about the same after i got it put in until i had sex for the 1st time since the baby on 05-05-18. After that im now bleeding heavily again bright red. So i never stopped at all yet. Is this normal after being put on mirena? This is my first time on any type of BC. Ty
