Prayers and good luck please!

Last night at 12+6 I started having some brown bleeding. Not a huge deal, I know that’s normal, but it’s been more than I’ve ever had. Then during the night as I couldn’t sleep while worrying about it I got up to the bathroom and saw it was more of a red/brown color. Panicked quite a bit. I already had a checkup scheduled this morning so I didn’t call the doctor or go to the ER but I’m so scared. My 13 week checkup was scheduled to try to hear baby for the first time on the Doppler and I pray that we really can or I’ll be having an emergency ultrasound for sure! I hope my baby is okay! 😢
