So confused

So guys. Im so confused. I got inseminated on March 26th after a positive opk test. 3 days before my missed period I got a negative positive test. Got my period the next day ( 2 days early). My period never comes early btw. It was kind of heavy. We decided to wait until June try again. I tested again 2 weeks later, still negative. So fast forward to now, my period is 4 days late and it’s sometimes a day late but not 3 or 4 I have been having symptoms but I’m not paying them any mind. My best friend thinks I’m pregnant but Idk this is so crazy.
