I have ALWAYS had adult acne. I eat fairly clean and I only drink water and I drink a lot of it! I have a bad habit of using harsh products on my skin because that used to be the only thing that could clear up my acne. I know it’s bad though so I’m looking for good products.

Skin type: oily

Things for sensitive skin make me break out even worse

Clearest skin: on Nuvaring

Ok skin: during pregnancy

Worst skin: on mini pill

Current routine:

1) Wash with Neutrogena Acne Stress

Control Scrub

2) Rubbing alcohol on severe breakouts (I know, I know)

3) Moisturize with Clean&Clear; dual moisturizer (supposed to moisturize and clear acne)

That routine used to work for me but since pregnancy and especially after the mini pill it has just gotten embarrassingly worse 😞
