Help Please!!!

Ok so I've been taking two pill backs back to back because I had quite a few important things to do in April (like I finished one ok Saturday apirl 7 and started a new one April 8th finished that one on the 28/29th and started a new one again) but I'm on ortho tri cyclen (not the lo version) but so many women reported that they got spotting when they tried to skip their period but I never did and it worries me because I've been having unprotected sex with my boy friend (but he never comes in me)

I don't take my pill at the exact same time as I should every day but I usually take it between 11am to 2:00pm and on the off days when I'm super busy I have to take it in the evening. What are the chances i could be pregnant?
