I got on my birth control shot 2 weeks ago and I haven’t had my period yet. Could the shot have already kicked in where I don’t have periods anymore?

One of the other most common side effect from the shot is irregular bleeding. Depo shot doesn't take away your period it just causes it to be irregular which can sometimes cause it to stop all together.
