Nexplanon issues

Hey ladies, I have had my nexplanon for a little over a year now and I wanted to know if anyone else has had this experience with nexplanon. The last two time I have gotten my period I have experienced horrible back pain and stomach pain, I always had stomach issues since I was a kid but I feel as though since the nexplanon I have had horrible tummy problems. I have a drs app tomorrow but I just started spotting after just getting off my period two weeks ago. Please tell me I’m not alone or crazy.
