Lower back pain?
4 weeks today.
For the past couple of days I’ve had lower back pain that’s fairly uncomfortable. Not so much so that I can’t move or feel like I would have to take anything for it but this is my rainbow baby and I’m PARANOID.
It’s a dull ache, and tonight it’s right sided.
I do work with young toddlers in the day and do a lot of lifting and am on my feet 100% of my shift.
I’m just so afraid of every “pain”. Anyone else experience this?
