Looking back at my experience this actually happened to me along with itchy and burning  nipples in early pregnancy as my first symptom. I think it's normal

Hi! First time mom here! I have the same thing! If you rub it, some parts may come out .. kinda like popping a zit. Sounds awful but also addicting. My midwife said it’s completely normal and it’s my nipples making “space” for the incoming milk! Best of luck!
