I’ve been on the combo pill for almost 2 years now. On March 24th my fiancé and I had unprotected sex...he didn’t finish inside of me. 3 days later I forgot to pack my pills for an overnight stay I had for work and missed my pill (in the 2nd week of the pack). I took it the next day as soon as I got home. With me missing that pill I had slight cramping and spotting that week. Then 2 weeks later my period was supposed to come....I had light bleeding for a day or 2 and some spotting. I took a pregnancy test at the end of my period week and it was negative. I took another one at the beginning of this week which is 3 weeks after my missed period and it’s negative again. My period is supposed to start in 2 days but I’m having no symptoms. Should I be concerned?

Update- I had dark red/brown discharge last night. With severe cramps...but it was not super heavy.
