Start Vitex CD 22?

I’m wondering if there is any worth in starting Vitex now at CD 22, Or should I wait until the start of my next cycle.

AF hasn’t arrived yet but I think I’ve already ovulated. I’m not sure though as my cycles have been anything from 24-34 days. Hmm what do you guys think?
