Weight loss tips
I just joined weight watchers...AGAIN.
It’s the only thing that’s worked for me losing weight in the past. I have 67 pounds to lose, which sounds insane but last time I lost 45 before I started slacking off, so I know I can do it.
Looking for tips from those who have done this before, as well as inspiration! What was the one thing that helped you THE MOST on your journey?
