Loosing weight
I’m 16 years old, I weigh 160 lb and im 5’5....I really want to be at 135lb but I have really bad portion control and I have a hard time sticking to something long term because I don’t see results.
My stomach is larger than my boobs (I’m not saying anything bad about people who are like this) but for me I really don’t like it on myself and I really wish I could get rid of it.
Any tips/motivation/advice would be much appreciated!
