Yes like a period with clots , I really thought I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks . I went a week later and baby was there with heart beat and now he’s a happy healthy 17 month old.

Had one episode of pink spotting after a long walk at around 4 weeks, everything was okay as at 6 weeks 2 days they saw the heartbeat
