So I have 1 son already he’s 11 months old and when I got pregnant with him I just knew even though I kept getting a negative I was experiencing awful headaches, sickness (which lasted all the way to his birth), heart burn, horribly sore breast, and I just felt funky like not myself. Then I spotted and at 3 weeks and 2 days I finally got a faint positive. Well I stopped my birth control thinking it may take a while to get out of my system boy was I wrong I conceived the very next month now I’m 4 weeks and 4 days and the only symptom I’ve had is a horrible head ache every day no spotting and I just don’t even feel pregnant like the last time. I was horribly sick with my first I had sickness all day long, I was border line preeclampsia, I had gestational diabetes, and previa placenta. I have done been to the dr and had my pregnancy confirmed and my first ultra sound is on May 28th. Why do I not feel pregnant this time even though I am?
