Is it time???

I am 42 yrs old and had a miscarriage back in Sept. Me and my fiancé have been trying for baby #2 every since with no luck. I've been tracking my ovulation monthly and we do have sex on the day of ovulation most of the time but still no luck. I'm starting to think that we were only meant to have 1 baby together. This month I got my period 2 days early and after my period I had some light spotting when I wiped. I have been having some nauseating feelings and I'm also due to ovulate (highest peek) next week on the 16th. I'm just wondering if it's time to go see my dr abt having fertility issues.
