bad mouth no! but I get venting to his buddies. I know Im not perfect and can be hard to deal with sometimes and if he wants to bitch about me to his brother or his friends I get it!
Trust me, my girlfriends know everything about us! the good, the bad and the ugly! They're the first on I turn to when I'm mad or annoyed with my husband.

Bad-mouthing is never okay from any side. If you guys are having problems then he can ask family/ friends for advice without calling you names and insulting your character. He shouldn't be giving them any more information than they need to know to help him find a solution. It would be a massive mistake, especially in a marriage, if one spouse was revealing secrets and flaws about the other. That's not what someone who loves you would do to you. I'm very careful with my words when I speak to my family/ friends about my husband, and I never tell them about any arguments that we've had. I feel my husband gives me the same respect. Some things should stay within the relationship and we should feel comfortable/ protected by our partners when we open up our hearts (and bodies, lol) to them.
