Im due Sept 3rd do y'all think the doctor would let me go to Sept 20 ?

No, my dr would only let me go a max of 14 days past my due date. He arrived 8 days late. But my dr said that anytime past that 14 day mark can be dangerous for Mom and baby.

I wouldn’t think so .. I think 2 weeks is the most they’d go , trust me you don’t want the baby in there that long there’s so many things that can go wrong if you go way past due

In Australia if baby hasn’t come they’ll only let you go 2 weeks over and they’ll induce you

You want to be overdue? Why? Can be dangerous also that baby will come out when it wants haha

I’m 39w1d and I’m miserable. Going that far overdue sounds awful. Why would you want to go that far? So many complications can arise...calcification...your baby can grow to be too big and that may cause you even more problems during delivery. Why do you want to wait til the 20th? It’s highly unlikely that your baby will naturally wait that long anyways. It’s not your doctors choice to keep your baby in there... they come when they’re ready...
