A year ago I was dating this guy and we had sex then I fell asleep naked in his bed. Later I woke up to him on top of me having sex with me. I told him to get off and he did. But is it rape because I didn’t consent?

I don't think it is you had consensual sex with him fell asleep he went in for seconds you told him to stop and he did...there was no force...my opinion...had you told him to stop and he refused that would be rape

I would say that since he got off as soon as you said so, that his intentions were not to go against your will. Also, having just had consensual sex and then being in his bed naked probably gave him the idea that it was still okay with you. 
However, he did have sex with you while you were asleep. So, I would say yes would be considered rape. 
I don’t feel like his intention was to put you in harms way or make you feel uncomfortable in any way since he immediately stopped when you said no.

I dont think so, for the simple fact that some couples wake each other up that way. Sometimes waking up to oral sex or more is nice for some. just depends on how you feel. Also because when you said get off, he did. he didn't force you or hold you down.

Some men have a "thing" with having sex with women while they are asleep. My friends ex husband used to have sex with her while she was asleep & she HATED IT & she begged him to stop & he wouldn't. It lead to their divorce. He was raping her in her sleep. Legally, I believe that this constitutes rape as well. As someone else stated, "consent EVERY time"!
