Pregnant and getting married in August... will my dress fit???

I’m getting married this August and found out I’m pregnant. I’m currently 6 weeks and will be 19 weeks the day of the wedding. I’m a larger girl, 230lbs, and I’m terrified my dress won’t fit by then. It’s form fitting and from the shoulder blades up its mesh and buttons while the rest zips. There’s no room to make it bigger and it’s too late to order a new size.
