Anxiety attacks and birth control?

So I’ve been on Birth control (Tri sprintec) for almost a year now, and at the end of March this year I just started getting anxiety/or panic attacks (I think that’s what it is not sure) out of no where. would that have any relation? I haven’t been able to go to a doctor yet so I’m not even sure if it actually is attacks or what but I get like a super fast heart rate out of no where, feel lightheaded, like I can’t breathe kinda and diarrhea. I googled it and saw other people have asked the same question And thought maybe it was their birth control causing it so I just wanted to see if anyone on here as had any experience with something like this
