Weight loss frustration.
I’ll admit it I’m a picky eater and the things I do eat don’t help my issue. I’ve been going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week for almost 2 months now and I’ve only lost about 5 lbs witch I gain back on my period😡. When I look at myself I hardly notice a difference. People say I look like I’ve lost weight but I feel like I look the same and I don’t know what to do. I feel like I want to quit but I hate how I look. I need help
