I made it !

I’m soooo thankful to be saying I made it to my 3rd trimester fairly healthy ! I got diagnosed with Gestational diabetes, but I’m not high risk , just have to have a well balanced diet ! I’m so happy ! And excited ! This is the home stretch as they say ! 28 weeks down ..12 more to go ! Can’t wait to meet my baby boy , Landen Kai 💙💚🦒
