So my periods are relatively heavy, and I use the cup during them.

Buuut,, during my off time I will get smelly discharge equal to the amount of a light flow. I’ve had this discharge for a while now and i previously used a tampon every so often. But now I use my cup, and I’m afraid I might be over using it? I’m not sure.

I just wanna make sure every thing is okay down there
