Hi guys. I’m a FTM so I don’t know what’s normal and what’s not.

two nights ago I has some back pain figured it was from how I slept then last night My bf and I walked like we do every night when we got home I felt really nauseous and then had really bad diarrhea (tmi). I hopped in the shower and then the bath. Also drank a ton of water so ruling out dehydration. Anyways, after the bath I started having BH contractions and bad low back pain i didn’t even want to get into bed. I bounced on birth ball for a bit and nothing. We ended up sleeping on the couch bc it was firmer than our bed that sucks me in and kills to get out of. My bf was applying pressure to my tender back spots and my legs to my vag felt like lightening! I could help by cry at the pain. And my baby has dropped already to my knowledge... My OB is away until Thursday and she said jokingly to not have the baby until shes back. I’m 37+5 days, 3 1/2 cm dilated as of last Tuesday and lost mucus plug Wednesday and still am in chunks. I can’t even stand up straight and I’m having contractions that I keep seeing but not feeling really and occasional tight menstrual like cramps. WHAT DO I DO PLEASE HELP
