I actually got to start upping my weights this week!

I think my hips opened up too because squatting low suddenly became a lot easier this week! Which is nice, I used to always feel like I had to practically fold in half to squat low enough without falling backwards. (I have very long legs, especially femurs, and then short torso).

I'm not sure about the kg measurements, some of our machines say numbers & no units so I just kind of guess if it's in pounds or kg 🤷🏻‍♀️ I also think some machines say "5" when really it's 50.
