Dry lips
I sleep with my mouth open, I snore, and I grind my teeth. I don't need a CPAP. But when I wake up my lips and mouth are so dry it's horrible. I hate the way it tastes too. I rarely sleep with my fan on so it isn't causing that and I always put blistex on before I go to sleep because I know my lips will get dry. Is there any way to prevent this or to get rid of it a little?
