Ladies have any of you experienced numbness on one side of body?

Im 18 weeks pregnant and this morning i woke up with blurred vision and my arms/ hands felt a bit numb, weak.

That was only for a bit it went away didnt think much about it.

1-2hours later it happened again but this time is was my whole left side of my body literally from my face to legs i felt my nose,lips,tounge etc numb my arm/hand felt extremley numb to the point i couldnt really move it it felt so tight.

That lasted for a good few mins and again went away slowly.

Honestly I was freakin out

So i thought id ask if any of you ladies gone through something like this?

Or is it even pregnancy related
