Only if you want to. This is totally based on the person. No right or wrong.
Personally, I will not be. I don’t consider myself a momma yet. But does not mean I will discredit any pregnant women who is gonna celebrate.  
I don’t see why this is being asked over & over again.

My husband got me a very sweet card with a even better note inside! I thought it was super sweet and unexpected!
