Need weight loss advice single mom

So let me start by saying I’m a single mom with 9 month old and I work full time 5 days a week and am very busy with my son when I’m home I need advice on healthy but quick meal ideas and or workouts I can do at home when my son sleeps we do go for walks few times a day as I have a dog I am 158lb and 5”3 I gained a lot during pregnancy I’ve always been skinny my entire life so this has been hard for me I was 108 before I got pregnant and have always worn size 0 pants I hate feeling like this and has really lowered my self esteem and any advice for someone as busy as me to help me start loosing weight I’d like to loose it fast so I can feel good during the summer
