Need help
I want to work out so that I'm in shape, but I can't get myself to actually do anything. I also don't know what kind of a workout I should be doing.
I live 20 minutes away from a gym, and I'd like to build upper body strength because I really enjoy rock climbing and am part of an archery club.
What can I do to try to motivate myself and what types of workouts should I be doing?
